Charity Night

This year as a first, the committee decided to hold a function with the aim of making a donation to a local charity. This year due to the untimely death of Dennis McNamara the chosen charity was the Chest Heart and Stroke Foundation. We would like to thank everyone who came along to support us on the night with another excellent turn out. Between the bingo and a game of pitch and toss we were able to make a donation of £350.
Stuart Catterson and Philip Walker present the cheque to NI Chest Heart & Stroke Foundation

We would like to thank Philip Walker, Philip Thompson, Stuart Catterson and Robert Moore for all their hard work in organising the night and also a thank you to all our sponsors who made donations and supplied prizes on the night.  Without your support these nights would not take place.

In honour of the Ards player Peter Ritchie who tragically lost his life last weekend both teams observe a minutes silence before the start of yesterdays game.  Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and our colleagues at Ards Cricket Club.
